Mrs. Mary Inez Stringfellow of Dothan passed away Friday, March 13, 2015. She was 96. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday, March 15, 2015 at Memphis Baptist Church with Reverend Jim Tate, Reverend Rick Glenn and Reverend Ernest O'Neal officiating. Burial will follow at Memphis Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at Ward Wilson Funeral Home from 4 PM to 6 PM Saturday March 14, 2015. Inez was a long-time member of Memphis Baptist Church. She loved to fish, paint and macram?. She was talented in all aspects of arts and crafts. Inez will be remembered for her love of the lord and her selfless and giving personality. Inez was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jesse Clifford Stringfellow, four brothers and two sisters. Survivors include her daughter Betty Pippin (Phillip) of Dothan, son Bobby Stringfellow (Jennie) of Polk City, FL; sisters: Mildred Battles of Cottonwood, Jewell Butler of Dothan, Maxine Smith of Dothan; Grandchildren: Lori Pippin Sizemore (Stevie) of Dothan, Angelia Knotts of Dothan, Travis Randall Hughes (Debbie) of Polk City, FL, Hoyt O. Hughes (Wendy) of Lakeland, FL, Mary Marie Patterson of Winder Haven, FL, and Lisa Joe Kois of Auburndale, FL; great-grandchildren: Travis Hughes, Kasey McMillan, Dustin Hughes, Chad Hughes, Hunter Hughes, Colton Hughes, Dalton Addison, Alexis Kois, LA Gouge, Zachary D. Sizemore, Brandon Patterson and two great-great grandchildren. The family will be accepting flowers or donation may be made to Gentiva Hospice at 2740 Headland Avenue, Dothan, AL 36303-1236.
