Nellie Voss Obituary

Nellie Cupidean Voss, a resident of Geneva, died Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2005 at Wiregrass Nursing Home after an extended illness. She was 82.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday,Nov. 12, at Bottoms-Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Geneva with Dr. Mike Shirah officiating. Burial will follow in Geneva CityCemetery.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the American Kidney Foundation, 6110 Executive Blvd., Suite 1010, Rockville, MD 20852.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Willie Mae Boles; husband, Victor Voss Sr.; one son, Bobby Joe Voss; one grandchild, Susan Voss; and one great-grandchild, Codie McCormick; and two sisters and one brother.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Victor "Buster" and Jean Voss of Enterprise, James F. and Debra Voss of Slidell, La.; one daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Wilmer McCormick of Darlington, Fla.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Bottoms-Garden Chapel in Geneva, (334) 684-2982, is in charge of arrangements.
