Pamela Pugh Obituary

Pamela Diane Pugh of Clayton died Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2007. She was 45.

Funeral services will be Saturday at First Methodist Church in Eufaula at 10 a.m. with Dr. Al Harbour officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery Addition. Visitation will be today from 4 to 6:30 p.m.

Diane was born Dec. 16, 1961, in LaGrange, Ga. She was the daughter of Carl and Faye Kelley White of Headland.

She graduated from Eufaula High School and attended Wallace College. She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, daughter and sister. Her love of the outdoors and of animals led her into a life of working and managing a store which catered to hunters and fishermen, managing a farm and being a veterinary technician. Her greatest love was being with and serving her family.

Survivors, other than her parents, include her husband Mike Pugh; her son, Shawn Pugh and her daughter, Cheyenne Pugh, all of Clayton; three brothers, Bruce White of Eufaula, Steve White of Headland and George White of Headland.

Active pallbearers will be Chris Crouch, Adam Evans, Sage Morris, Sam Slade, Don Dixon, Eddie Morris, Will Slade and Rudi Velez.

Chapman Funeral Home of Eufaula, (334) 687-3514, is in charge of arrangements.

I am so sorry to hear about Diane's passing. We were good friends growing up. She was a wonderful person. It has been years since we have seen each other, but I still think of her and her family often, and the many good times we had when we were younger. My deepest sympathy and love to her family.
