Funeral services will be 11 a.m. today in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage Funeral Home with the Revs. Donald Webb and Mark Bristow officiating. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Cemetery with Southern Heritage directing. Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Wiregrass Hospice, P.O. Drawer 2127, Dothan, AL 36302.
Mrs. McKenzie was born to Robert Espy and Ara Elizabeth Henderson on Nov. 15, 1935. She was a charter member of Heritage Baptist Church and was a member of Lotts Creek Church of God. She was a loving devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was loved dearly and will be greatly missed.
Her parents, one brother, Robert Earl Henderson; two sisters, Linda Faye McKenzie and Wynell Cherry; two infant sons and an infant grandson precede Mrs. McKenzie in death.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, E.A. (Mac) McKenzie, Webb; four daughters and three sons in law, Mary Alice Heath, Marianna, Fla., Lisa and Walter Crawford, Cottonwood, Toni and Allen Alphord, Webb, Paula and Gilbert Wommack, Uvalda, Ga.; two sons and a daughter in law, Tommy and Joyce McKenzie, Webb, Barry McKenzie and special friend, Anisa Durrance, Dothan; sister, Charlotte and Marvin Rogers, Dothan; two brothers, Ray and Brenda Henderson, Dothan, Nelson Henderson, Dothan; 21 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
