AS HARD AS IT WAS OR SHOULD I SAY IS TO SAY GOODBYE TO A GREAT MAN; IT'S SOMETHING WE MUST ALL DO. ONE THING WE CAN'T DO THOUGH IS SAY GOODBYE TO ALL THE THINGS WE REMEMBER ABOUT MY UNCLE. WHICH ARE A GREAT SON, HUSBAND, FATHER, BROTHER UNCLE AND SO MANY OTHER THINGS TO SO MANY OTHERS. HE TOUCHED MANY LIVES THRU HIS LIFE. EVEN IF IT WAS ONLY BY A SMILE OR JOKE. I CAN'T ACCOUNT FOR YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH MY UNCLE, BUT FOR MINE I CAN; AND I WOULDN'T CHANGE IT FOR THE WORLD. THE MAN I'LL MISS WAS DEVOTED AND STRONG AND PLACED FAMILY FIRST. HE LIGHTED UP ANY ROOM. HE'S BEEN CALLED TO AN ABOVE PLACE TO ENLIGHTEN AN EVEN HIGHER THRONE UN OTHER THAN THE ONE HE ONCE CALLED HOME. I LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU! LOVE YOUR NIECE. (FATTY WATTY)

To the Family:

The Broken Chain

We little knew that morning that

God was going to call your name.

In life we loved you dearly

In death we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you,

you did not go alone;

for part of us went with you,

the day God called you home.

You left us peaceful memories,

your love is still our guide,

and though we cannot see you,

you are always at our side.

Our family chain is broken

and nothing seems the same,

but as God calls us one by one,

the chain will link again.
