Robert Still

Robert Tracy Still, a resident of Dothan passed away on Thursday September 28, 2017. He was 53 years old. Robert was born on November 18, 1963 to Jimmy and Peggy Still of Blakely. After obtaining a solid foundation at Wallace College that included an Associate's Degree, Robert went on to graduate with High Honor from the Georgia Institute of Technology with BS and MS degrees in Physics and Health Physics respectively. Robert had been employed with Farley Nuclear Plant for the past 30 years and was the Superintendent of Operations in the Health Physics department at the time of his illness. He was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church and for several years served in the children's ministry teaching Sunday School and Discipleship Training. Survivors include his wife Dina Faulk Still; son Matthew Still; daughter Abigail Still; father and mother in law Wayne and Anndra Faulk; brother Tim (Deana) Still; sister Angela (Tim) Lehew; brother and sister in law Brad and Lanea Faulk; nephews Cade Faulk and Tristan Lehew; nieces Katelyn Delk, Emily Delk, Elizabeth Still, and Hannah Still; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held 11 am Saturday September 30, 2017 at Sunset Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Dean Moore officiating. A private burial service will follow with the Reverend Derryl Homberg directing. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 am prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society, Ridgecrest Baptist Church, or the charity of your choice.
