A Celebration of Life Service to honor the memory of Attorney Wayne G. Braxton, who died on October 22, 2018, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 2, 2019 at the First Baptist Church of Chipley located at 1300 South Blvd. Immediately following the service there will be a time of fellowship and dessert refreshments. Brown Funeral Home of Chipley, FL was in charge of his cremation and the burial in the family plot at Glenwood Cemetery. Wayne, who resided in Chipley, grew up in Port Saint Joe. He is survived by his wife, Lota Kay Braxton, Daughter Ashleigh (David) Taylor, Grandchildren Miranda and Gabriel Taylor, Father Thomas J. Braxton, Sister Jennifer Braxton, Brother Jed (Kathy) Braxton, Heart-Son Blake (Kristin) Martin and Heart- Daughter Michelle Melvin. Wayne was preceded in death by his Mother Ruth Braxton and by his in-laws Dr. Marlin C. and Frances P. Sanders. www.brownfh.net
