James Hosmun Obituary
Mesquite, NV- James Woodrow Hosmun, 73, passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at his residence. He was born October 30, 1940 in Lincoln, AR to Woodrow and Florence Green Hosmun. He married Frances Perez on April 3, 2001 in Las Vegas, NV.
James graduated in Garden Grove, CA. He served our country in the Army. James loved riding 4 wheelers, fixing computers, and NASCAR; with Jimmie Johnson being his favorite driver.
He is survived by his wife Frances; daughters, Kimberly (Kevin) Smith of Grand Junction, CO and Stacy (Jay) Lovan of Fuita, CO; son James Hosmun; step-daughters, Valerie (Cameron) Ward, Sue White and Carrie Giogan; brother Donald Hosmun of Arkansas; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Ed and Chip Hosmun.
A family gathering will be held at James and Fran's residence on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 5:00PM. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Virgin Valley Mortuary, (702) 346-6060. The family invites you to leave a message or memory in our Memorial Guest Book at www.virginvalleymortuary.com
