Michael Lees Obituary
Born in Fall River, he was the son of Michael and Sherrie (Dias) Lees. Owner and Operator of Lees Landscaping and Excavation, Michael enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and his beloved chocolate lab, Ellie. When Michael was not working, he liked to snowboard, attend concerts, and work in the yard. A true Westport Native, Michael was always willing to help his community. He will be remembered for touching the lives of all he met through his personal and professional relationships.
Michael is survived by his sister Allison (Lees) Drought, husband Robert, and two nieces of Portsmouth, RI; sister Charlie-Rae Lees of Westport Point; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was the grandson of the late Charles and Beverly Lees and Raymond and Mary Lou Dias.
Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited will be Tuesday, June 11th at Saint John the Baptist, Westport at 11:00 A.M.
Visitation will be Monday, June 10th from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Potter Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Westport Fair Inc. Scholarship Fund at P.O. Box 3455, Westport, MA 02790.

Oh Mike idk where to start. You were the true definition of a great human. I will never forget you and all the fun times in shop we had and our end of the year shop parties we would have at you house. My condolences go out to your family during this hard time.

In high school, Mike and I were the first two stops for the bus every morning, being the two furthest Diman students in Westport, we never talked much being that it was usually 5 in the morning when we got picked up but he always greeted me with a smile and a good morning. My deepest condolences to the entire Lee's family, Mike left a big mark on this world during his short time here and he will be missed by many.

I am so sorry about this tragic loss for Mike´s family and friends and for the whole community. Mike was such a kind and hardworking guy. He had an amazingly positive attitude, and was always considerate and kind. Mike went to Westport High with my daughter, and when we needed some landscaping help she suggested we call Mike. I was so glad we did. His work was always so well done, but his attitude made it even better. He always gave 100%. He will be dearly missed. We send our sincere condolences along with hopes that fond memories of a super guy will bring some peace.
