Elizabeth Olufunmilayo Davies July 29, 1959 - July 24, 2008 Resident of San Ramon Caring and affectionate wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend, Elizabeth Olufunmilayo Davies Odufalu, was born in Nigeria on July 29, 1959, to father and mother, Samuel and Margaret Davies. Sister to Tunji, Tunde, Ola, and Bukki, Elizabeth was the second of five children. She helped raise her siblings while growing up in Nigeria. Elizabeth was a selfless and loving mother to her three children Henry, 22, Samuel, 19, and Nicole Odufalu, 9. Elizabeth received her elementary and high school education in Nigeria before proceeding to the United Kingdom for college. She relocated to the United States upon her marriage to Soga Odufalu, and started her successful career as a Mortgage and Real Estate Broker and business entrepreneur in Pleasanton, California. Elizabeth and her family moved to San Ramon three years ago and blazed new business trails with the opening of new business franchises and a booming Mortgage and Real Estate Brokerage. Over the past few years, Elizabeth became very active within the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) and eventually became ordained as a deaconess at the Antioch Parish of the Church. She will be remembered for intense dedication to her Christian and her unflinching commitment to church activities. Burial: Saturday, August 9, 2008, noon-1:30pm, Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1965 Reliez Valley Road, Lafayette, CA 94549. Repast: Saturday, August 9, 2008, 2-9pm.
