Mother Eloise Ann Seay went home to be with the Lord on September 2, 2015. She was born on April 5, 1944 in Beaumont, TX to parents Howard and Artie Ruth Conway. She enjoyed a 35 year career working at Naval Supply Center as a Supervisor. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2015 from 4-8pm at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home – Oakland, 499 Piedmont Ave, Oakland. Homegoing service will be on Sept. 18, 2015 at 11am at Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 1909 Market St. in Oakland. Entombment will be at Chapel of the Chimes- Oakland.
