A native of Portland, OR, who lived in San Leandro, passed away on April 14, 2016, at the age of 81. He was a Korean War vet. He is survived by his wife, Beverly, his four children, Crystal Kelly, Sheri Kitta, Zach Worthington, Jeremy Worthington, and four grandchildren. A private celebration of life is planned.
