You cannot replace a Brownie Carrion,he never ever had a bad day. He always lit a room with his smile and his loving nature. His outgoing personality, his smile, his laughter and genuine love for people touched so many, many lives. I am so proud to say that he was my friend who shared so much with me, his advise , his insight will never be forgotten. As a staff person with the City of San Leandro Recreation Department, he was an Icon, he was always ready to help, regardless of the task, always giving of himself, qualities that were truly "Brownies". Brownie, I will miss you. Say hi to AJ for me.

Brownie stopped by the office often to bring us goodies. He was always the sunshine in my day those days. I loved listening to his stories about "Momma" (Frances) and stories of SL back in the day. He was a special, special person. He will be missed.
