Resident of Pittsburg
Gary Brigham, 64, passed away on January 31, 2020 peacefully in his sleep at home. He attended and graduated from Mt. Diablo High School. He was employed at Shell Oil Refinery in Martinez for 45 years.
Gary is survived by his wife Sandy Brigham, daughter's Kristina (Raymond), and Michele. Grandchildren: Justice, Jade, Jace, Gionni, and Gabe. His mother Lorraine and sister Carole. Numerous, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father George and brother Steve.
Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 2:00pm at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel.

I worked with Gary for 18 years. I have many fond memories joking and laughing with Gary. He was very proficient at his job and shared his knowledge with anyone. Gary was a genuine guy that will be missed greatly by all that knew him.

Have known Gary for many years and worked with Gary in the Quad C/Cracked Products. Being that I retired in 1999 and loss touch with Gary and his family, it was a shock hearing about the loss of a fine coworker and friend. I know he will be missed by his family, co workers and many friends. Gary will be remembered by those who knew him, my true sympathy goes to Gary's family

Sending love and sincere condolences to Sandy, Aunt Lorraine and my whole Brigham family. Garys passing so early reminds us all that life is too short not to do the things that we want and are able to in the moment. We all had plans to travel and see each other over the years and well, that didnt happen. We will however all be together again one day soon. Thanks for the memories...I love you all...Cousin Cindi

My deepest condolences to Sandy, Kristina, Michele and the Grandchildren! Gray was a good friend and my car pool buddy for many years. I will always cherish the laughs and the many talks we had about our families going to and from work! Gary you were an amazing person here and I fully believe you'll continue to be an amazing angel up there...I'll not ever forget your kindness, generosity and full acceptance of people no matter what life they chose to live...you were an excellent provider, father,husband, grandfather, a true friend to many many people and COMPLETELY loyal to your family...you are missed and always will be...hope to see you again on day.

Mary and I went to your wedding and I worked with Gary for 25 years. I feel very sad that I did not keep in touch after I retired in 1996. I always felt that Gary was a very special friend. He was a great guy and his family always came first.
