GUIDO GIOSSO A native of San Francisco, born December 18, 1911, peacefully at rest on April 30, 2004. Beloved husband of Pierina Giosso for 63 years. Devoted father of John Giosso, Joann Bianchi and Lorraine Canton. Caring father-in-law of Patricia Giosso, Robert Bianchi and Paulo Canton. Loving son of the late John and Grace Giosso. Adored "Nonno" of Michael, Victor and Dino Giosso, Ted and Bob Bianchi, Carla Sylvestri and John, Mark and Paul Canton. Proud great-grandfather of John, Gabriele, Dominic, Christina, Marina, Anthony and Alexandria. Cherished brother of Edith Ciarlo, Irene Tiscornia and the late Dante Giosso, Mary Giacchino and Norma Giosso. A founding member of the Italian-American Social Club and the San Francisco Flower Growers Association; also a member of the Sons of Italy. Contributions to your favorite charity. Friends are invited to visit Tuesday after 5 p.m. and attend the vigil service on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the chapels of VALENTE MARINI PERATA & CO., 4840 Mission Street, San Francisco. The funeral service will commence on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. from the chapels, thence to Church of the Epiphany, where a funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Committal thereafter at Holy Cross Cemetery.
