Henry J. Redstone

Henry J. Redstone April 24, 1925 - Sept. 9, 2009 Resident of Walnut Creek Henry was born in Kiel, Germany in 1925. He and his wife Eleonore came to the United States on March 12, 1952. Henry worked in the container shipping industry for many years, moving his family around the globe from Guam, Tokyo, London, Holland, and back to the US. He and Eleonore moved to Walnut Creek in 1990. He retired in 1993. Henry lost his battle with Parkinson's disease. He is survived by his wife of 59 years Eleonore; his son Clifford and his wife Victoria; cherished granddaughter Cassandra; sister Margaret Rothstein of New York; and numerous friends around the world. Graveside service at Oakmont Memorial Park/ Mortuary, 2099 Reliez Valley Rd., Lafayette, CA (925) 935-3311, on 9/16 at 1:00pm, followed by a celebration of life at Scott's Seafood Restaurant, 1333 N.
