Hugh Walters Obituary
May 26, 1940 - December 18, 2021
Resident of Martinez, CA
Hugh Andrew Walters was born in Harbor City, California to William and Audrey Walters. One of eight children, Hugh was raised in Atwater, California.
After graduating from Livingston High School, Hugh went on to earn a master's degree in Mathematics from the California State University at Sacramento. A natural born teacher, Hugh taught in the Math Department at Contra Costa College for 40 years. He loved working with students. Hugh also enjoyed wood working and made Christmas toys for his six grandchildren for 25 years.
Hugh is survived by his wife Casandra, Jennifer Robinson of Baltimore, MD, Randall Walters of Granbury, TX, and Julia Walters of Walnut Creek, CA. His kindness, generosity, and laughter will be missed by all.
A memorial service for Hugh will be held in the late spring of 2022.

I went to high school with Hugh. He was several years younger. Then he married my precious friend, Sandy. Our daughters were ring bearer and flower girl at their wedding. They visited us after we moved to Arizona. Dear, dear friends. I'm so sorry for your loss. Blessings
