James Gemmell, 81, entered into rest, May 10, 2011 in Auburn CA. Husband of Elizabeth (Betty) Gemmell, deceased. Father of Helanna Childers, James Clark Gemmell (deceased), Alexander Gemmell, Isa Jean (Jeannie) Gemmell-Felton (deceased), Helen Shah, Elizabeth Anne (Flippy) Nelson, John Gemmell, and William (Bill) Gemmell. Father-in-law to Michael Childers, Teresa Cunningham-Gemmell and Doug Felton. A loving grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather. Brother to Alexander S Gemmell (deceased) and Margaret Eldridge. He is preceded in death by his parents. His ashes will be spread in Scotland at a future date and there will be no services.
