Born in Richmond, Ca. Joyce passed away peacefully at home with her family in attendance. Loving wife of Robert Sisk, mother of daughters Eugenia (Jim) Cawthorne, Rebecca (Andy Powell) Sisk and son Gregory (Jolyn) Sisk, also three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Burial will be on Friday, Nov. 3 at St. Joseph's Cemetery, San Pablo. Viewing at 9am-10am & burial at 11:30am. In lieu of flowers send donations to the Heart Association or favorite charity.
