Margie Wisemann Obituary

Resident of Concord
"Our little Margie" passed away peacefully on August 6, 2017 with her children by her side. Mom was born in Heavener, Oklahoma on December 14, 1925. After high school, Mom moved to Richmond, CA where she worked in the Shipyards. She married the love of her life, Bob Bevitori in 1945 and together they made a happy home for their three children, first in Richmond and then Pacheco. After Dads sudden passing in 1985, Mom was fortunate to find happiness again with two wonderful husbands, Al Wisemann, and after Als passing, Terry Benson.
Music was at the heart of Moms life, something she learned as a child from her mother who taught piano in their home. Mom passed this love of music on to her family and her home was always filled with sunshine and song. She enjoyed living at Dalis Gardens, traveling, playing bingo, painting and sing-alongs, but Moms greatest joy was being our Mom and "Mimi".
Mom will be forever loved by her children Mike (Sarah) Bevitori, Ray Bevitori and Carolyn (Ron) Glover; her five grandchildren Bobby (Nicole) Glover, Kim (Dustin) Torrez, Peter, Tom (Kellen) and Roman Bevitori and four great-grandchildren Hailey, Luke, Ronni and Vito. Shell be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews, and her dear friends, Rosey and Tova.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2:00pm at First Presbyterian Church, Concord where Mom was a member for 56 years. In lieu of flowers, Moms family asks that donations be made to Hospice of the East Bay.

Mimi, Margie, Mrs. Bevitori
you were a lot of things to a lot of people but to me you are a second mother I miss you terribly and I love you very much. you were always there with a little snack if I walked in the door you always offered something to eat you are a true Southern lady full of charm and Grace and you've left behind a fantastic Legacy in your family whom I love very much as well

You taught me all the important things in life -- how to paint my fingernails, how to put on make-up, how to order from an Avon or Mary Kay catalog, you even got your ears double pierced with me...you taught me how to love music and you encouraged me to wake up everyday and be grateful -- open up the blinds, let the sunshine in, turn on some good music...and most of all, you taught me to be kind, humble and to be thankful for all I have. I am forever thankful for being your granddaughter -- your favorite granddaughter and I will cherish the 39 years we had together -- until we meet again. I love you!
