Paul Giobatta Ratto
April 6, 1952 - March 12, 2017
Resident of Bay Area
Mr. Ratto is survived by his wife Lori of 28 years, children; Joseph Giobatta and Megan Kjestine Ratto, brothers; Donald (Sharon), Benedetto (Linda), Nicholas (Barbara), and Giobatta Ratto.
After learning the fundamentals of farming from his father, Paul began to farm in French Camp in the late 70's. For over 45 years Paul was a row-crop farmer, co-owning G. Ratto Farms with his brother Nick, supplying vegetables to stores throughout California. Paul was a family man who will be deeply missed by all who loved and knew him.
A Mass will be held on Thurs., March 23, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church 525 E. North St. Manteca, CA. An online guest book is available for condolences to the family at www.plfryandson.com.

I am very sorry to hear of Paul's passing. I was very fortunate to get to know Paul and his wonderful family when I was president of the Alpicella club. Paul will truly be missed and I hope to still see his family at the dinners. God bless him.
