Paula BAUMGARTNER

Paula Michelle Johnson Baumgartner Feb. 19, 1960 ~ June 3, 2010 Resident of Vallejo Paula passed away after a brief battle with cancer at John Muir, Concord. Paula was born in Oakland, CA and grew up in Walnut Creek, attending Parkmead Inter. and Las Lomas High School (class of '78 ). She met and married her loving husband, Eddie Baumgartner in 1986. She spent much of her time raising her three children, and being a wonderful wife. Paula loved children and volunteered at both Mills (Benicia) and Steffan Manner (Vallejo) Elementary Schools. She also enjoyed attending major sporting events, trips to Santa Cruz, collecting old bottles, going to thrift shops, partying with friends, and her dog Trixie. She was predeceased by her mother Terri Kalafate Johnson; father Paul Johnson, and sister-in-law Debbie. She is surrived by her husband Eddie; children eddie, kitrina and frank (Vallejo); sisters Nanette, and Cindy; brother Mark and her nieces and nephews Nicole, Ali, Jaqui, Cole, Andrew and Taylor whom she loved so much. Her soon to be daughter-in-law Corrina also held a special place in her heart. She touched so many lives and had countless friends whom she loved, and shared so many good times. She was always there to lend a helping hand, and will be truly missed. There will be a Memorial Service and a "Party for Paula" on June 12th at 1:00pm at Fencesca Terrace Park at the end of Hillcrest Drive in Benicia, CA.
