Pearl Pearce Obituary

Pearl Sheila Pearce Feb. 8, 1938 ~ March 11, 2011 Resident of Martinez After years of illness Pearl ran out of miracles. Born in England, Pearl was the youngest of 10. Pearl moved with her family to the Bay Area in 1968. Pearl was an award winning hairstylist. Pearl had many friends but none dearer to her than that of the "English Club" made up of U.K. transplants, they met regularly. She was able to make it to her final meeting last week. She also loved her time with her bingo mates at the Blue Devils Bingo Hall. This group was like family to her and the efforts they made for her to feel comfortable was heart-warming. Pearl is survived by her ever devoted husband Kenneth, two sons Martin and Jason, three grandchildren Ty, Andrew and Aidan. She is also survived by one brother and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be missed. Celebration of Pearl's life will be Monday, Mar. 21 at 4:00pm in the Sunrise Bistro, 1559 Botelho Dr., Walnut Creek. More info www.pearlspearce.com.
