I'm one of Perry's son in-laws, so any one who ever met Perry knows that I'm a lucky guy to have a beautiful soul like him my life for 35 years. Perry has been there for every event every mile stone in my family's life .Perry has such a gentle loving nature about him that's incredible, he has made me a better man, husband, and father just by watching him and learning. Perry i love you and i will pay it forward

I am so sorry for your loss, Perry was a very kind hearted man. Perry hired me in 1984 and was my first supervisor at the county. Perry was the best, Perry will be greatly missed. Prayers to all of you. Karen Johnson

Good bye kind sir.Thank you Perry for decades of friendship and cheer. At work Paul Stewart, your great friend and lunch time chess partner, always called you "kind sir" because he too was grateful how he and everyone who knew you thrived and benefitted from your upbeat jovial warmth, love, and humor.
My sincerest condolences to Diana, your children, and grandchildren. The instant and very vivid memory of your goodness and zest for life is a tribute to all of them. That same memory will also give comfort to everyone else who was lucky enough to know you.
