Peter John Mercurio

Peter John Mercurio April 13, 1924 - Feb. 24, 2006 Peter John Mercurio died February 24, 2006 in Concord. A Native of Pittsburg, Peter was a retired truck driver and member of Teamsters Local #315. He was active in the Teamsters Retiree Club. Survivors include his wife, Mary Louise Mercurio, sister Angelina Cunningham, brother Ben Mercurio and step-daughter Pauline Russo. Peter was preceded in death by his sister Grace Buffo, brothers Joseph, Salvatore and John Mercurio and his parents Salvatore and Mamie Mercurio. Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 28, 2006 from 4:00pm to 8pm with a Vigil Service at 7pm at Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. The Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, March 1, 2006 at 10am also at Pittsburg Funeral Chapel, followed by burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Antioch. Pittsburg Funeral Chapel 925-432-2114
