He is survived by his wife, mother, sister, daughter, stepchildren and their families. Roger was preceded in death by his father and brother. He was born in Putnam, CT and raised in Billings, MT. Services will be on Monday Nov. 21, 2016 at 6pm at St. Johns Lutheran Church 1360 E. Tregailas Rd, Antioch, CA
