Scott Vincent Hambrick, 57 yrs old of Eugene went to heaven on January 28, 2014. He was born in Oakland, California January 31, 1956 to Mr and Mrs Marvin D Hambrick, Founder and Owner of Hambricks 1/4 lb Giant Burgers in the East Bay. Scott grew up in Lafayette and attended Santa Maria Elementary School in Orinda. He attended De La Salle High School, where he was a member of the football team. After graduation Scott married his high school sweetheart, Rio and began working in the family business for many years along side his grandfather, Jack Hambrick; grandmother Kay Hambrick; father Marvin Hambrick and uncle Sam Kehler.
After the passing of his grandfather, Scott and Rio moved to Oregon to raise their growing family.
Scott was a legend in his own right, among many he was a brother and friend to all. Scott is survived by his Mother Sonya J. McMunn and husband James E. McMunn. Also survived by his longtime companion, Rochelle Maclean. Children; Sumer and Husband Ae Drumrongthai ( Grandchildren Ulys Chauncey and Boonma Drumrongthai). Mack, Jonathan, and Marvin Hambrick. Siblings Paula and husband Chris Donnelly (Son, Jack Donnelly), Laura Deluca ( Children, Jerome Hambrick, Laurie and husband Derek Fouchee, Cristine and husband Chris Miller), Teresa Hambrick and Roger Tienken (Children, Rachel and Roger Tienken Jr.
"I'm not afraid of death, it's just like getting off one bike and getting on another, It's been a good ride, I love you Mom". Farewell.... My Son, My Dad, My Brother.
A celebration of Scott Hambricks life will be held at 1pm Sunday February 16, 2014 at Deep Woods Events, 89980 Territorial Hwy, Elmira, Oregon 97437 (541)935-3485.

Dear Hambrick Family,
I just found out about Scott's death now. I used to come over to the house when we were in 7th & 8th grade at Santa Maria but then we went to different high schools. I didn't know he played football. I did the same, and also played at Cal Berkeley. I knew he was into bikes and heard he was in a bike club, but not much after that.
My mom Millie died peacefully at home here on beautiful Murphys Creek in Angels Camp in 2018. She was a widow twice and always a devout Catholic. My eldest brother Kelly & I live here now. We keep up the practice of praying the rosary in the p.m. like we did when Mom was alive. Padre Pio called it our "spiritual weapon" and I believe it. Greetings to Paula, Laura, and Teresa.
