SHIRLEY GREEN Obituary

Shirley Ann Green Feb. 22 1930 ~ Dec. 2 2012 Resident of Orinda Shirley passed away peacefully at John Muir Hosp. She was the daughter of Ruth and Jack Green, Born and raised in Oakland and graduated from Fremont HS, after High School she went on to work at Oakland Navel Supply, she then spent over 40 years working at Lithograph Reproductions, a printing company her Father founded in 1948. She is survived by her older brother Robert, he and his wife Kitty have 3 children; Lance, Lamar and LaVon. Shirley also has a younger brother Lloyd, he and his wife Jenny raised 3 children Kerry, Sherry and Jack, they live in Spokane, WA. In her younger years when her Dad had horses she loved to ride in the Oakland hills, she enjoy her Boat with her friends at Donner lake and the Delta, she was also an avid Football and Baseball fan. She lived in Orinda for over 60 years, the last 6 years she resided at the Convalescent Home in Orinda where she enjoyed all the staff and they enjoyed her sense of humor and her Maltese dog Fluffy. She will always be remembered for her warm personality and wonderful sense of humor.
