Dolores Struve Obituary

It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Dolores Ann Struve, who left us peacefully on May 24, 2025, at the age of 59 surrounded by loved ones. Dolores was a beloved wife, a loving mom, a wonderful daughter, a funny, strong, devoted, and nurturing sister as described by her siblings. She was the bestest "Auntie Dodo" affectionately referred to by her nieces and nephews whom she loved so very much.
Dolores was born on October 5, 1965, in Fort Sumner, New Mexico, and grew up in Clovis, New Mexico. She met her husband Jason while he was stationed at Cannon Air Force Base. They married and had one son, Jason, Jr. Dolores devotedly took care of Jason Jr., homeschooling him and teaching him to be a loving, kind and respectful person. Dolores loved listening to music and kept the most spotless home you would ever see.
Dolores was predeceased by her husband of 29 years, Jason Struve, Sr., her father Jesse R. Sena, her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Lloyd and Becky Millikin, and her niece Miranda Quintana.
Dolores is survived by her son, Jason Struve, Jr., her mother, Vivian M. Sena, her brothers, Jerome Sena and Joseph (Monica) Sena, her sisters, Theresa (Orlando) Quintana, and Denise (Rick) Smith, her sisters-in-law, Maggie (Dustin) Hardison and Christi (Scott) Perrin, and many nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her fur baby, Max.
Though Dolores is no longer with us, her memory will forever remain in our hearts and will always be remembered with love and affection, and we find solace in the love and joy she brought into our lives and are grateful for the moments shared. Rest in peace rejoicing in the arms of our Lord.
A rosary will be held on June 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 108 N. Davis Street, Clovis, NM with the funeral mass immediately to follow. Honorary Pallbearers will be her nephews, Joseph Sena, Jr., George "J.R." Trujillo, Jr., Orlando Quintana, Jr. and Jeremy Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Autism Speaks at www.autismspeaks.org. You may dedicate your donation to Dolores Struve as the Honoree name and may have your card sent to PO Box 5663, Clovis, NM 88102.
