Crystal Smith, 54, of Liberty, died on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025, in Muldrow. She was born on Nov. 19, 1970, in Little Rock, Ark., to Samuel Winborn and Donna Madge (Griffin) Haviland.
Cremation was under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, Brian Smith of the home; children, Josh Bryant, Jacob Clairday, Haley Ratledge, Brandy Ratledge, Tabitha Auld, Jessica Nguyen, Tho Nguyen, Grace Nguyen, James Sykes, Zachariah Smith and Anna Smith; one sister, Joy Brewer; two brothers, Wesley Winborn and Aubrey Carter; several grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
