Doyle Bean Obituary
Mr. Bean was born June 25, 1940, in Vinita, to Fern Vanhuss Bean and Lymond D. Bean and passed away Monday, March 14, 2022, in Fort Smith.
He married Bettye Lou Lively on June 7, 1975, in Sallisaw. She preceded him in death on March 2, 2018.
He was an installer and repairman for Bell Telephone, a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of the Church of Christ. He loved traveling, shooting, camping and gaming.
Survivors include two daughters, Danna Forrester and Jeff of Kingsport, Tenn., and LaDonna Ford and Dr. David Ford of Van Buren, Ark.; three sons, Daniel Bean of Bennettsville, S.C., David Bean and Deborah of Collinsville and Bill Bean and Tammie of Broken Arrow; nine grandchildren; one brother, Jon Bean of Florida; and other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Glenda, Rosemary and Donna; and two brothers, Terry and Bob.
