Allison Schmidt

Allison C Schmidt, 37, of Lake in the Hills, IL formerly of Elgin, passed away on February 22, 2017. She was born on December 19, 1979 in Sterling, IL the daughter of Carol Lloyd Foelschow. Allison was employed with Hansen Heating & Plumbing in Huntley. Allison was a loving and caring wife, mother and daughter. She will be deeply missed. Survivors include her husband: Clayton F Schmidt; her son: Remington D Schmidt; her mother: Carol and Fiance Joe Culbertson; mother-in-law: Peggy Schmidt; and father-in-law: Cliff (Julie) Schmidt; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kenneth and Helen Lloyd. Funeral services will be held on Monday February 27, 2017 at 12:00 Noon at the Laird Funeral Home, Elgin. Burial will be private. Visitation will be on Sunday from 4-8:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family for a future education fund for her son: Remy.
