I worked with David in the Cardiac Cath Lab in Elgin, Illinois for a short while a few years ago. I remember that David was always good humored and pleasant to be around. He was a terrific Tech and always worked well with our Physicians and Nurses. During a procedure David was someone that could be counted on and knew his job well. He was fondly embarrassed by those who worked with him. I know that David has finally found peace and I hope his loved ones a comforted by the knowledge that David will be greatly missed by his Cath Lab team and family.

Just wanna say sorry for everyones loss. I didnt really kno David i just knew he was family it sux to lose family members u never had the joy of meeting. I seen pictures n read nice things about u may u rest in peace n hopefully one day we can all have a nice big family reunion

Dearest David, My heart has broken and is filled with sorrow and emptiness. You were such a loving, wonderful, giving, caring and vivacious person. You were a blast to be around, and I will always, hold you dear to my heart. I've know you since you were six years old, I'm honored that I had the pleasure of being in your life. But, now my sweet David, you're with our Lord, may you Rest In Peace. I'll always love and think of you, till we meet again.
