GOSHEN - William "Bill" Neterer, 70, Goshen, died 3:17 p.m. Saturday, May 15, 2021, at his home.
He was born June 8, 1950, in Goshen to Edwin L. and Lucille Erma (Sternberg) Neterer.
Surviving are a significant other, Sandra Bontrager, Goshen; sister, Linda (Gary) Miller, Goshen; and step-daughters Lori Zimmer, Goshen, and Dawn Beltz, Vicksburg, Michigan.
Preceding him in death are his parents.
Bill worked as a crane operator at Goshen Iron and Metal for 27 years until he retired. After retirement, he also did tree service. Bill invented things for people and was considered a "Creative mastermind of the County." He encouraged children to attend school and to reach high goals. Bill enjoyed watching hot rods at the Osceola Raceway. He loved fishing, cooking and baking.
Services will be held at a later date with burial at Violett Cemetery. Memorial donations may be directed to the funeral home for expenses.
