Tobin Porter Neterer

Tobin Porter Neterer, 13, of Fulton, passed away at his home.

He was born on August 13, 2012, in Columbia, Missouri, to Tim and Jonna (Sees) Neterer.

Tobin was currently a 7th grader at Fulton Middle School where he played football and wrestled. He was also a member of the Fulton Sting Soccer Team and enjoyed Jujitsu. He also loved weightlifting, especially training alongside his friends. Tobin enjoyed the competition but mostly cherished the friendships and memories that came along with them Tobin brought heart, determination, and encouragement to those around him.

Outside of sports, Tobin enjoyed hiking and spending time outdoors and taking his dog Lucy for walks. He attended Lifepointe Church with his family, his faith and the love of his family were important parts of his life.

Known for his quick smile, Tobin had a natural sense of humor, and a way of making others laugh and feel at ease. He was funny, kind-hearted, and always ready with a joke or a grin. Though his time here was far too short, the impact he made will never be forgotten.

It is difficult to truly capture who Tobin was in just a few words, because he was so much more than any list of activities could ever describe. His kindness, humor, heart, were far greater than can ever be fully expressed.

Tobin will be deeply missed by his parents, Tim and Jonna, brother, Johnathon Neterer; maternal grandmother, Tammy Sees, paternal grandparents, Diane and Dave Neterer, along with numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, teammates, and friends.

Tobin was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, John Sees.

Funeral services will be held at Maupin Funeral Home on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 11:00 am with Pastor Travis Boyt officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be held in Hillcrest Cemetery.
