Dear Melissa,
If ONLY I could turn back time my friend….
I certainly did not know how my life would be impacted, or that I would feel so torn apart,
but I guess when you left this world; you took a piece of my heart.
If only I could make a new start, I would take the time to cherish the friend that I found in you, even though it would have been difficult, but I can be stubborn too. You were so determined to just walk away but if I could turn back time, I would make you stay.
I would make you understand that you were one of a kind, and that there was a
special someone in this world who would have loved you until the end of time. Because that is what friends do, they watch over each other, but somehow I failed you.
I was very lucky to have you in my life, even if just for a short period of time; You gave me the most precious gift in this world which is love and I pray that you rest in peace my friend, in the heavens up above.
Melissa passed through this world, leaving memories on our hearts forever.

To the family of Melissa Flores,
I am so sorry and saddened to hear of your loss. I served with Melissa in Army at Fort Hood, TX, as one of her supervisors. Although it's been a while , I remember that she was a delight to work with and very enthusiastic with physical fitness. Most of all, I can never forget that Melissa had a beautiful spirit and a bright smile. May she rest in peace and may God comfort you all through this difficult time.
With Sympathy,
Norma Murphy, Army Retired

Melissa was a delight to be with. Her smile will always be the thing I remember most about her. I knew her for a short time but in that time it was evident that she was a great daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. My thoughts are with you Ralph, Dixi, and Niechole. Melissa is at home and at peace.

Mr. & Mrs. Flores, Nichole, Damien and girls: I can't express my sorrow at Melissa's passing. She was my trainer for the office at PetSmart. So patient and understanding. She had a personality that would never stop..so bubbly and happy. We would talk/on line quite often so this is of great sorrow to me and a shock to other persons at PetSmart where she was so well liked and did a fantastic job too! Dixi, I would always tease Melissa about calling you and complaining about her antics, we did have such fun. I missed her greatly when she left PetSmart for Ralston, but knew it was a good challenge for her. I will continue to keep her memory alive in my heart always. Sleep well Melissa and I hope you are at peace in your new surroundings. Love ya, Kay

Hi my name is Mandy I uses to work with Melissa at home depot, we got close and got to know each other we also worked out every day together she was very athletic, Melissa is a very loving, caring, helpful, and great friend she would do anything for any one. I had been talking as she moved to reno and had lost contact with her when I moved to Florida I would try to talk to her on my space but she would not be on the computer to much. I will always remember her and she also will be missed. Sincerely your friend Mandy
