Robin was a great guy, we were big CB fans and would shoot skip when the radio air waves were right condition. I worked in Dutch's gas station when Robin worked next door in parts. Robin was a big supporter of my drum playing and we would go somewhere for coffee when we could, well Robin thanks for all the memories you will be missed by many.....over and out good buddy catch yah on the flip side 10-4

What a joy it was for me each week to visit and share life stories with you! I learned so much about our great state just listening to you describe your travels and your love for the land that surrounds Elko. I will never forget you or your kindness. Nor will I forget the lessons you taught me playing cribbage. They paid off, with me walking away with a win (skunk I might add) just a week before you passed. Thank you friend... I will cherish the short time I was blessed to know you!

When I was young I always carried this odd feeling. Something told me that I wasn't supposed to be the oldest sibling. Especially when I was exploring the hills around Sparks or, more often than not, when I was in trouble. This nagging in the back of my mind that there should have been someone to lead me - someone to "break the trail" so-to-speak. I'd just write it off as my conscience. But, when I was told I had an older brother it was like the curtain was lifted on all those suspicions!
One of the first things Robin and I did when visiting out in Elko was going to the shooting range. His years in law enforcement had taught him to how to handle a weapon and Robin was an excellent shot. However, he soon learned that I could hold my own against him and later wasn't surprised to see my collection of pistol trophies. LOL
Bless you, my big brother. My heart aches for the years we missed out on!

You will forever be in my Heart. I will go to Jarbridge this summer and you will ride beside me as we always did many many times.
