Carol Neininger Obituary

Carol Ann Neininger
Carol Ann Neininger, 72, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2021 in South Daytona, Florida. She was pre-deceased by her parents, Hazel and Robert Neininger, and her brother Bob. Carol was born in Ellwood City, Pa. and later moved to Beaver Falls, Pa., where she graduated from high school. After receiving her degree in biology from Edinboro College, she taught high school biology for several years. She especially enjoyed interacting with high school students and was involved in overseeing a number of clubs and after-school activities. Carol spent the last several years of her life living in Florida.
Carol is survived by her sister, Sandy Armstrong, and her husband, Tom, of Avon, Ct., Sandy's daughter, Dr. Amy Armstrong-Javors and her wife, Alli, of Somerville, Ma., their children, Owen and Nora, and several cousins.
Services will be private. Donations in Carol's memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, act.alz.org.
