El Paso - Ana (Anita) Sigala of El Paso, TX, 83 years of age and beloved daughter was born in 1937 to Ignacio and Catalina Muniz. In the evening hours of Monday, April 26th, 2021 she completed her earthly journey surrounded by her husband and family. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Gerardo and Teodolo and grandson Arthur Smith Jr. She is survived by her husband Reyes, sons Elias, Raul (Margie), daughters Diana (Arthur), and Araceli. Siblings Jose, Nacho, Cruz, Mercedes, Maria and Rafaela. Anita's 8 grandchildren were the joy of her life and they will forever cherish the moments they spent with her.

She had a wonderful long-lasting marriage of 62 years. She was a long-time employee at Levi's. She loved family gatherings during the holidays and making everyone's favorite dish, Menudo, which no one could get enough of. She instilled the principles of responsibility, hard work, and strength in her children and grandchildren. She leaves her family and friends with many treasured memories.

Anita's life will be celebrated Thursday, May 6th, 2021 at Funeraria Del Angel Central located at 3839 Montana Ave, 79903. Visitation is from 4-8 pm with Rosary at 6:30 pm. A mass will be held on Friday, May 7th at St. Ignatius Catholic Church 408 Park St, 79901 at 9:00 am followed by the burial at Mount Carmel Cemetery at 10:30 am.





Ana (Anita) Sigala, de El Paso, TX, y de 83 años de edad, fue la hija amada nacida en 1937 a manos de Ignacio y Catalina Muñiz. En las horas de la tarde del lunes 26 de abril del 2021 completó su viaje terrenal rodeada de su esposo y familia. Le anteceden en muerte sus padres, sus hermanos Gerardo y Teodolo y su nieto Arthur Smith Jr. Le sobrevive su esposo Reyes, sus hijos Elías y Raúl (Margie), sus hijas Diana (Arthur) y Araceli. También le quedan sus hermanos: José, Nacho, Cruz, Mercedes, María y Rafaela. Los ocho nietos de Anita fueron la alegría de su vida y apreciarán para siempre los momentos que pasaron con ella. Tuvo un matrimonio maravilloso y duradero de 62 años. Fue empleada de Levi's por mucho tiempo. Le encantaban las reuniones familiares durante las vacaciones y preparar el plato favorito de todos, menudo, del que nadie se cansaba. Ella inculcó los principios de responsabilidad, trabajo arduo y fortaleza en sus hijos y nietos. Deja a su familia y amigos con muchos recuerdos preciados. La vida de Anita se celebrará el jueves 6 de mayo del 2021 en Funeraria Del Angel Central, ubicada en el 3839 Montana Ave, 79903. El velorio será de 4:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m. con el rosario a las 6:30 p.m. Se celebrará una misa el viernes 7 de mayo del 2021 en la iglesia católica St. Ignatius, en el 408 Park St, 79901 a las 9:00 a.m. y será proseguida del entierro en el cementerio de Mount Carmel a las 10:30 a.m.
