Andy will be missed by everyone blessed to know him. Andy gave back to his community whenever he could and was a very influential person in establishing the El Paso High School Area Neighborhood Watch Association. He often spoke of his faith and concern for a better community. Nobody can ever say anything bad about him because he made everyone's life better for knowing him. Rest in peace Andy and thank you for being a great friend.
