This young man was definitely the life of any party. We have been blessed to know the Ortega family for a very long time. Our heart and prayers go out to each of the family members during this difficult time, May God place his hand over Efren and heal him as he gently takes the hand of Cristian and leads him to his new home. Loving you always, Marie, Cook, Melissa and Monica Muñoz

I would like to send my condolences to the family. Cris was one of my students at Franklin High School. He was a true joy to be around. He had so much personality. He was also just a really sweet natured and positive human. He was always so kind and warm-hearted. I adored him and thought of him as a son. I cannot imagine the pain that you must all be going through, but I hope that you are able to find some peace in this time of immense sorrow. I will keep the memories of him with me forever. He will not be forgotten.

I had the pleasure to coach Cristian at Franklin High School. He was one of our top players and leaders on the team. Cristian was also a great and fun kid to be around. God bless Cristian and his entire family.
