EDWARD TARANGO Obituary

Edward Tarango, born Marfa Texas, March 1, 1926 to Carlos and Virginia Tarango passed away July 12, 2014 in Chandler, Arizona. He was preceded in death by his siblings Lorina (Tarango) Miller, Charlie and Oscar Tarango. He is survived by his wife Lucy, children and their spouses, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Upon honorable discharge from the Navy where he served in the South Pacific, he attended NMSU Albuquerque earning a degree in pharmacy. Edward opened Sunway Pharmacy on Dyer street in 1960 and served the Northeast El Paso community until the mid 1970s. He then went to work at William Beaumont Army Medical Center specializing in intravenous medication therapy. He was a member and president of the N.E. Rotary Club and the El Paso Pharmaceutical Society. Edward will be interred with full military honors at the National Cemetery in Phoenix, Arizona.
