I was a classmate of John's all through grade school and high school. We were also in Burges Band together. My condolences to his family.

I remember John well. We were high school classmates in El Paso, Texas. He was brilliant, but what I remember best is how nice he was and how I enjoyed knowing him and talking to him. I'm so sad to hear of his passing.

One of the finest minds I have ever known! Great grade school memories. We played chess together for hours on end. A truly brilliant and wholesome guy; we're losing him way too early. I will always remember him fondly, and I wish all of his surviving family my true best during this trying time.

To John's immediate family, and to his parents Al and Chole may GOD give you strength and peace to get through this difficult time. May you be consoled to know that our hearts are hurting for you and, that our prays are with you.
