Mr. Gomez,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice for our Country-first when you served with the U.S. Army and secondly when you served as INS Officer. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Vicky and Family, I was saddened to learn that Joe had passed. He was a nice, nice man. I always enjoyed seeing and visiting with you both at my in-laws house. You are in my prayers and Joe is in my heart. Our heartfelt condolences to you at this most difficult time. Love from Roger & Tina Alvarado

I worked with GoGo at the bridges in El Paso, and although he could be tough if need be, I remember him as always having a smile and a helping hand. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you at this difficult time.

Mr. Birdie,
Words can't describe how sad I am but I have no doubt my grandpa Thomas Durán (your friend and fellow 49'er) came for you on the 22nd, 4yrs to the day that he was taken to Heaven.
I am going to miss your stories, smiles, hugs & Werthers candies.

Vicky and Gomez family,
Joe was a very special part of our family, (Mr. Birdie as he was lovingly called by my daughter and granddaughter because of his bird calls) will be greatly missed. Thank you for sharing your love, smile, stories, magic, bird calls and yes, your candy. We love you very much.
God bless you all.
