It was with great sadness that I learned of Mr. Sitters' passing. He was a definite influence in my life. He will be missed. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. A Henderson student, Amparo Rodriguez Magruder.

May you find solace in the inspiring memories of the exemplary life of Joseph Russell Sitters, Sr. May he enjoy his eternal rest and the rewards he has earned.
Joe Jr., we hope that you and your family derive some measure of comfort in the knowledge that we share your grief. You can rest assured that he will not be forgotten by our brotherhood. May he rest in peace!
Joseph Russell Sitters, Sr. will be remembered on November 2, 2012 at the Cathedral High School Alumni (LQVQ) Memorial Mass at the St. Patrick's Cathedral.

My condolences to Mr. Sitters family may God bless you. I knew Mr. Sitters as a student at Henderson It was because of him that I became a paratrooper. I was always so proud to have known him I'am a 67 year old Vietnam veteran I will always remamber Mr Sitters until I'am no longer on this Earth Will always be missed AIRBORNE ALL THE WAY!
