Sid-sometimes in court I would wince when you laid out some far out theory or justification for some equally far out legal position, then turn with anticipation to see how the Judge would react, - and then to my amazement, the decision came down on your side. From your colleagues I can safely say, as one of the "old guard in bankruptcy", you, in your own unique style, gave us all lessons in courage, innovative thinking and boldness in Court. Your presence will be missed. Bien Viaje

Mr. Diamond,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during the Cold War. Millions of Americans slept safe at night because you and your fellow Servicemen stood ready to defend our Country. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
