So sad to hear of Mrs. Mulligan's passing. She was such a kind and patient person and wonderful instructor at the hygiene school. I learned all my best tricks from her. My sincerest thoughts and prayers to her family.

I am deeply saddened to see this news. I was one of Mrs. Mulligans students at EPCC Class of 2013. To her family, your wife/mom was an amazing instructor and like a mentor to me. I am who I am as a professional because of her. She was patient and kind. To her children, I felt as if we all knew you as well, as she talked about you two all the time. She was so proud of you guys. My deepest condolences.

My most sincere condolences to the family. Valerie was a great, kind, and beautiful classmate in Dental hygiene. I have great memories of times we shared. She will be missed but she's now a beautiful angel.
Blessings always!
