Steven A. La Rosa

1958 - 2018

Steven A La Rosa, 59, passed away on Saturday, February 17th, 2018, following a courageous battle with cancer, in Port Charlotte Florida. He was born in Brooklyn, NY, August 19th 1958. He moved to Port Charlotte 12 years ago from Patchogue New York where he raised his 3 children and ran his own vinyl siding and window company for 25 years. He enjoyed traveling, boating, fishing and camping with his family and friends. He also loved riding his Harley with his brother Charlie and spending time with his grandchildren.

Steven is survived by his Mother Lois La Rosa of Port Charlotte, daughter Cherie Thompson and husband Tim of Naples FL, son Jeff and fiance Jackie Bourque of Bradford MA, son Steven Jr of Manchester NH, brother Charlie and his wife Gloria of Denton NC, brother Lenny of Port Charlotte Fl, beloved grandchildren Hailey, Timothy Jr, Ariana, Anthony and Steven Jr 3rd, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Leonard La Rosa.
