Betsy Weber Obituary

Mrs. Betsy Lynn Grogg Weber, 51, of Clover, SC, formerly, Erie, CO, passed away Friday, August 11, 2023, at Atrium Health, Pineville, NC after a long battle of complications related to CVID. Mrs. Weber was born February 29, 1972, in Cincinnati, OH, to the late James Royer and Phyllis Sue George Grogg. She is survived by her husband, Derek Duane Weber, her two daughters, Morgan Gray Weber and Lucy Kate Weber, and her brother, Eric Royer Grogg (Stacy). Betsy left a positive impact on everyone she met. She chose, no matter her circumstance, to live her life full of joy. Her joy came from her strong relationship with the Lord. Betsy was a school teacher for most of her career but she mostly enjoyed spending time with her husband, Derek, and two girls, Morgan and Lucy. A Celebration of Life service will be held Monday, August 21, 2023, at 10:30 a.m., at Rocky Mountain Christian Church, 9447 Niwot Road, Longmont, CO. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Betsy Weber Memorial Scholarship Fund, Rocky Mountain Christian Academy (https://bit.ly/BetsyMemorial) or to Rocky Mountain Christian Church, 9447 Niwot Road, Longmont, CO. Online condolences may be made at www.mlfordsons.com. M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, Clover, SC is serving the family of Mrs. Weber.
