I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. She was truly a light in this life. Everytime I go to make a PBJ, I still remember the time at your house that she told us about putting butter on it first. We thought we were in heaven! My deepest sympathy to you all for your loss.
Fondly, Laura

Darlene and I are very sorry to hear of Dorie's passing. We have many wonderful memories of the Summerfests and and other events we were able to work with her on. She was a very special lady. She and her love ones will be in our prayers daily. Dorie was a true and honorable servant of the Lord and will be missed greatly. God bless her and all of her family.

Dearest Michigan Cousins,
Thinking of you warmly today and tomorrow as you celebrate the life of one wonderful woman and give her a no doubt, one-of-a-kind, Kraus send off! I regret that circumstances prevent me from being there in person to share my personal memories and tell you how much Aunt Dorie has inspired me. I am sure, however, in typical Aunt Dorie fashion, she has also touched countless other lives in much the same way as mine. I will trust them to be a physical witness and voice, in proxy, for her humor, grit and compassion! God bless you all with the fullest measures of peace, strength and comfort in these days and the days to come. You are most assuredly in my thoughts and prayers.
Love, Cousin Kathy (Dahlkemper) Nadal
